The system will streamline the process for schools to search and book self-led visits, workshops and lunch sheds, and for adults to search and book craft taster days. Payment will be taken online and bookers will be able to login to view upcoming and past orders and important documents. Staff will be able to manage events (e.g., date, key stage, max number) and use the reporting features in a variety of ways (e.g., view bookings by a particular school).

New Ticketing System for Bentalls

Bentalls is a department store that sells high quality womenswear, menswear, house and home products. Our ticketing system was recommended to Bentalls by one of our clients. Bentalls plan to use the system for a range of events. It is currently being used to enable parents to book convenient times for their children to have breakfast with Santa, and attend monster making and cookery workshops at the Kingston branch. The system includes a waiting list; parents are automatically notified if spaces for an event become available.

Kempster is an experiential agency based in London. Kempster commissioned e-availability's ticketing system as part of their programme of work for McDonalds during the London 2012 Olympic Games. Champion Crew working at McDonalds restaurants within the Olympic venues were able to login to the system to book up to 3 experience events and then view, modify and cancel bookings. Confirmation of bookings were automatically sent to the Crew via SMS.

New Accommodation System for Granero del Burro

Granero del Burro is a luxury self-catering holiday business in northern Spain, which has two versions of its website: one written in Spanish and one in English. The owner searched for a property system that would work across both sites – they found that we were the only online booking business that could offer this multiple language functionality! E-availability integrated their accommodation booking system into the sites, which allows visitors to check availability, prices and book online.

Hamleys Extend Use of Ticketing System

Hamleys is one of the world’s largest toy shops and the flagship store in London is a major tourist attraction. Using e-availability’s ticketing system, parents were able to book convenient times online for their children to visit Santa’s Christmas Grotto in the London, Glasgow and Dublin stores in 2011. Hamleys has continued to use the system: parents can book a place for their children to party with Bunny Bear this Easter! Payments are taken online and additional information relating to each child such as age and dietary requirements/allergies is captured.

Islands and Highlands Cottages specialise in self-catering holiday accommodation on the Isle of Skye, the Western Isles and the Scottish Mainland. The website is currently being redesigned by Lanetech, e-availability’s sister company. Lanetech offers website design and development, brand identity and logo design, and graphic design solutions. The new website will integrate e-availability’s agency system, allowing visitors to search, book and pay for accommodation online, and enabling Islands and Highlands staff to reduce the amount of time spent on administration.

Chocotastic has a team of chocolatiers working across the UK, offering chocolate making workshops. The business has commissioned e-availability to integrate a ticketing system into their website to enable customers to redeem vouchers from a range of discounting websites such as Groupon, Travel Zoo and Wowcher.
