e-availability's Courses system is ideal for any provider of training courses, from sailing to outdoors activities to folk music.
The system can be seamlessly integrated within your website or operate via a link, enabling your customers to search and book courses online – confirmation of bookings are automatically emailed to both you and the customer. Staff can: add, edit and cancel courses, which can be organised into groups; allocate resources to a course such as tutors, rooms and equipment; set minimum and maximum number of places; add images to course information; set pricing and much more. Plus extensive reporting is available e.g., course attendance. In addition, a comments system allows course attendees to give feedback on courses for others to see. Bookings taken over the telephone can be easily added to the system and staff can modify or cancel existing bookings.
If payment is required, the payment module enables secure payments online, with payment transferred securely and quickly into your account.
e-availability charges an initial set up and integration fee (from £1995.00) followed by a monthly licence and support fee (from £55.00). If paid annually a 10% discount is given.
