Events Module
The events module offers a simple and attractive way to promote your events through your website, with full online booking facilities. The simple calendar display of events integrates easily into your website and always ensures that your customers always have up to date details available.
- Create/modify/delete and display events online.
- Events can be set as ticket venues if required,
- The events can be set with a maximum attendance
- Payments to be made online if required.
- Administrators of the system are able to view and print off the delegates list for the event
- Create and view ‘extra’ breakout sessions relating to the main event.
- Reports can be generated for events, and from these a list of delegates can be obtained
- Criteria for these reports is chosen by the administrator of the system.
- Through a simple calendar display, events are generated and booked on the website.
- The events can also be displayed as single links for booking directly, this is useful for Intranet use where a single link is required.
The events module costs are £395 set up and £45 a month licence fee. In addition there may be additional design fees if the booking system needs to be integrated into an existing website.
How do we integrate it into your website? We need FTP access to your website files and insert some simple code into the relevent pages.The system can run in either a pop up window from a link on your website, or in a seamless inline frame within an existing web page.
