Appointments Module
The appointments module is an easy way to enable you to offer your customers the ability to book your services on line. Appointment periods can be configured to suit your particular business from 15 minutes to all day! Simple calendar based display shows availability on your website.
- Create/modify/delete and display appointment periods online.
- Appointment can be set with a maximum attendance
- Payments can be made online if required.
- Administrators of the system are able to view and print off the appointments list for the day or week
- Create and view ‘extra’ sessions relating to the main session.
- Reports can be generated for appointments, and from these a list of customers can be obtained
- Criteria for these reports is chosen by the administrator of the system.
- Through a simple calendar display, appointments are generated and booked on the website.
The appointments module costs £395 set up and £45 a month licence fee. The apointment booking system can also display your appointment list and details pages, in which case there may be additional design fees to integrate into your website.
How do we integrate it into your website? We need FTP access to your website files and insert some simple code into the relevent pages. The appointment booking system can run in either a pop up window from a link on your website, or in a seamless inline frame within an existing web page.
