e-availability.com gets a face lift!

July sees the launch of the revamped e-availability.com site, it's been many months in production - development work for clients has always taken priority - but a boost by Ruth (Marketing & Sales) and Andrea (Web Design & development) means that we finally have a new site.

We have added new features to our website such as our latest news feed, FAQ and client case studies which we hope you will browse at your leisure and will help you in the process of choosing a viable booking software system for your business. We aim to keep our website up to date with our most recent developments and hope that the visitors to our site will continue to come back to see what we are doing next!

New Report Feature!

After listening to feedback from our customers we have developed a new ticketing report feature which has been added to our clients' administration panel - for free!

This feature allows administrators to see the exact details of sales revenue generated over a time period. The report is sorted by actual customer booking dates so will show event data within that time frame together with other useful information such as discount code usage and will show if this has affected the pricing. We hope this feature will prove extremely useful for our clients.
