Chocolate Delight wanted to streamline their booking processes in order to make booking easier for their customers and save time. They decided that some form of online ticketing system was required. After an internet search, they came across e-availability and following a chat with the team, they quickly realised their booking needs could be met.
Chocolate Delight's main aim was to get a system which would allow their customers to view accurate dates of events and workshops, view availability on these events and book. e-availability developed their ticketing system to meet these requirements and also allowed voucher redemption to be integrated into the system. Since the introduction of e-availability's system to their website, Chocolate Delight have been able to provide their customers with a straightforward, quick and effective way of booking their experiences.

Hove Park School
Organising School INSET days can be a complex and difficult task for all those involved. Staff training days are often shared by multiple schools, with teachers from different schools attending the same courses.
Following an internet search, Hove Park School came across the e-availability website, and thought their ability to provide customisable software solutions would be the perfect fit. e-availability, were able to tailor their booking systems to create a solution which allowed teachers from any approved school to log into the system online and book on their desired course. This process provided a clear and simple way for staff to view and book courses and reduced the administration duties of the INSET organisers.

Beamish Wild
Beamish Wild is an Outdoor High Ropes Activity Centre in County Durham. The centre boasts the ultimate experience for fantastic outdoor fun and adventure for all ages, families and groups. Whether you're climbing through tunnel nets, jumping the 'leap of faith' or freefalling on the incredible 65ft power fan, Beamish Wild will provide the ultimate adrenaline rush.
Beamish Wild were looking for a booking system which would be capable of working with time slots allocated throughout the day. They had specific requirements such as ensuring the system was flexible, allowing payment statuses to be updated, amending sessions at the click of a button and generating reports to allow business performance to be monitored.
e-availability quickly set to work developing a ticketing software solution that was exactly what Beamish Wild were looking for. Over time e-availability has developed the product to improve its performance by introducing a range of updates such as automated e-mail confirmation, welcome note and booking fee features. The ticketing system has been extremely useful for Beamish Wild as it has quickened the booking process and has reduced costs as the system does not require a member of staff to manually take bookings.

Fife & Countryside Trust
Fife Coast and Countryside Trust is a registered environmental charity that manages, develops and promotes the biodiversity and countryside of Fife. The Trust was established in 1999 by Fife Council and its partners after recognising an opportunity to co-ordinate and develop the management, enhancement and promotion of certain aspects of Fife's countryside.
The Fife Coast and Countryside Trust regularly hold a series of themed events including family fun days, walks and environmental programmes. The Trust decided they wanted to allow their events to be booked online and after a trusted recommendation was given, they decided to use e-availability's services. e-availability set up their ticketing module which enables events to be easily added and displayed through a simple calendar display. Being a charity, Fife Coast and Countryside Trust have benefited greatly from the charity donation feature e-availability have added to their system.
